Who are we looking for?

The business unit HR Digitalisation designs new working environments with user-friendly cloud technologies and integrated HR processes. We focus on system implementation with SAP SuccessFactors. We are not just consulting for the SuccessFactors suite, but developing extensions.

As a Consultant – Frontend Developer (m/f) your main role is to implement features using JavaScript/HTML/CSS covered by unit tests. If you are interested in User Experience, you can create astonishing user-journeys and target group specific visual experiences as any-device software solutions.

What challenges do we offer you?

  • Working directly with business leaders, users and other aviation stakeholders to develop strategies / specifications to improve the performance, usability and effectiveness of our HR business applications
  • Module-specific responsibility for design and configuration in HR-IT implementation projects
  • Developing and maintaining interaction design patterns, user interface architectures and defining usability requirements for the optimal user experience
  • Aiding in generating quotes and other project documentation for our clients 
  • Utilizing the latest technologies to keep our clients up to date with the rapidly moving 
    technology landscape 
  • Continuous development through learning and receptiveness and close cooperation with other business areas (HR strategy, HR transformation, integration scenarios, other software solutions) and keen interest in these topics
  • Reinforcing our team while operating in an environment full of talents across different consultant teams while ensuring an excellent process and tooling

These are the attributes of a successful candidate?

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education in Information Technology, Software Engineering or Computer Science
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience relevant technical experience or in web development (not necessarily in a strictly professional context) ideally with a strong understanding of cloud services, reference architecture, data flows and user interface design
  • Ideally at least one-year experience in SAP Fiori design concepts and implementation projects
  • Knowledge in HTML / CSS / Sass / JavaScript / jQuery and eagerness to apply them
  • Ideally Node / Express / Gulp / Grunt / Webpack / Knockout
  • Highly favored is training in either: Human Factors, Interaction Design, User Experience Research, Agile Methodology or Design Thinking
  • Passion for technology and a desire to learn about and create great solutions for our Clients
  • Excellent communication (English and ideally German) and organizational skills and willingness to Travel
