During rough times, good news sounds even better. We did it again, our work was rewarded with not one, but two awards: the HR Excellence Award and Trendence Award!
The HR Excellence Awards recognize innovative lighthouse projects in human resources management. This year, our project at Munich Re scored won in the category “large company employee development”.
Based on the project slogan “Re_think – the future is ours to create!” we implemented a flexible, future-focused, development-oriented performance management approach at Munich Re. It is comprised of three interlocking elements: commitment, feedback and development. On the basis of continuous dialogues (without formal processes), personal development, self-responsibility and cross-functional cooperation are strengthened for 12,000 employees worldwide.
The Trendence Award recognizes outstanding projects with data-driven approaches in employer branding, personnel marketing and recruiting. We are proud and excited to have won first place in the category “Best Application Process” with our UX-based application process at Bosch!
Bosch is currently in the midst of its transformation into an IoT company. In order to attract the right employees, a new recruiting approach was needed. We therefore carried out a complete talent acquisition transformation. This included a differentiated recruiting portfolio, with efficient and globally standardized processes, new roles and a simplified and more user-friendly system.
We are so pleased that we were once again able to impress not only our clients, but also the juries of the HR Excellence Awards and the Trendence Awards!
