This becomes a challenge at the latest when companies want to introduce an internationally harmonized compensation planning process. SAP SuccessFactors Compensation is a global solution that helps companies streamline and standardize their annual compensation planning process.
Based on the experience of implementing the Compensation Module in several multinational companies, Mercer | Promerit, in cooperation with SAP, has written an Implementation Design Principle (IDP) to provide best practice for customers and other implementation partners (who may not have the technical expertise in this area). The focus of the IDP is to explain how different regulatory requirements can be met with a global form using integration with the core module Employee Central.
