Tools for Targeted In-House
Personnel Development

A company’s employees are its most important asset, which is why Talent Management must first and foremost focus on the workforce.

Filling critical positions and succession processes are far simpler if the company doesn’t need to search for and integrate an external candidate but can rely on existing employees who are already well connected and familiar with the corporate culture. The prerequisite for this is a set of measures with which employee potential can be identified and promoted in a targeted way.

For personnel development to have a binding effect and open up prospects, it must however extend beyond the mere “free choice of two training courses per year”.

Talent Needs Training Too:

  • Definition of competence catalogues and the relevant criteria
  • Identification and classification of employees on the basis of the business goals formulated in the corporate strategy
  • Carrying out assessments
  • Identification of possible measures and career paths
  • Development of personnel development measures
  • Conceptualisation and selection of comprehensive training concepts
  • Coaching of personnel development staff by experienced managers, human resources consultants and psychologists
