Recruiting Apprentices: Youngest Target Group, Highest Effort

The crisis releaves the pressure in recruiting? Generally spoken, this is correct – although this is not true for recruiting apprentices. Instruments and methods for selecting apprentices are often more complex than handling normal applications. Every year thousands of pupils search for an adequate apprenticeship training position leading to the fact that in many companies postal and email mailboxes are filled to the top in autumn regularly.

Many companies still don’t use the online application method for this target group although it is ideal for this process. Reason is that most international E-Recruiting systems don’t cover the process well enough since they are not familiar with “Azubis” (apprentices in Germany).

Based on numerous consulting solutions for large german companies we’ve developed a solution package, which allows a fast and easy entry into the „Azubi-E-Recruiting“ when using both SAP E-Recruiting and a software add-on developed by our subsidiary Promerit Technologies.
