Promerit was founded in 1999 under the pretense of joining personnel management and information technology within new consulting approaches. Since then, the firm has continuously grown and now has at its disposal, with about 50 experts at both locations in Frankfurt and Munich, one of the largest specialized Talent Management consulting teams in Europe.
Promerit's service-portfolio are composed of four closely interlocked business areas: Strategy consulting, HR-consulting, HR-IT-consulting and talent relations / personnel consulting. Each facet of Talent Management can be individually and modularly attended to depending on each client's needs. With our subsidiary, Promerit Technologies, we additionally offer software products in order to support Talent Management concepts.
Whether a personnel consultant or a SAP-specialist, HR-process or communications expert, psychologist, business experts, industrial engineer or media scientist: Promerit is interdisciplinary engaged.
