We have been digitising HR processes and HR services since 2002. Even in the on-premise world we were guided by ideas that are considered a matter of course today. The focus on the user, who is often not a systems expert, has been a key concern for us right from the outset and we have now applied that focus in countless projects and products. The same also applies to the concept of the integration of different systems and applications to enhance efficiency and acceptance. Since our business was established, we have been motivated by the use of information and performance indicators to achieve greater transparency and predictability. The oil of the 21st century also lies in the systems for managing our most important resource – people.

We recognised the potential of cloud solutions at an early stage and realigned ourselves accordingly. Consequently we have established the biggest teams for HR cloud systems in the German-speaking region in recent years. Many pioneering projects in the cloud have been made possible by or experts. We are assisted in this by our proximity to the system providers. We provide them with ideas and work together with them on the further development of their solutions.

The replacement of systems and the integration of system landscapes requires the expertise of system architects and developers, who have to cope with a high degree of complexity and have wide ranging systems know-how. Our Technical Integration Center provides precisely those solutions that are made possible by modern system landscapes. With our subsidiary in Györ we also provide our clients with access to sought-after IT qualifications – Quality nearshoring from Promerit.
