We were founded in 1999 and are a consulting firm specializing in Talent Management.

Two

With about 60 employees, we are one of the largest consultancy teams in Europe.

Talent Management encompasses all HR Topics including Human Resource Strategy, Personnel Recruitment and Personnel Development.

Four

We are not “PowerPoint advisors” but “implementers”. Strategy and concept consultants work alongside IT consultants and developers to put our system efficient concepts into practice. To cover all corners, we also have a team of personnel consultants who implement our concept “directly to the candidates”.

Our field of work involves: HR Strategy Consulting, HR Concept Consulting, IT-Consulting and Personnel Consulting -  Talent Management all around.

When it comes to our key topics, we are well renowned as efficient specialists, as a result we are valued consulting partners, for example at SAP.

According to Xing, 41% of our company are under 31, 41% are between 31 and 39 and 17 % are over 39 years old. We are proud that over 39% of our company have been working here for more than 3 years.  (There are a few more employees, but not all are members of Xing.)

Our headquarters are in Frankfurt Westhafen and other offices can be found in Munich (Schwabing) and Walldorf (SAP-Partnerport).

Even though our trade is deemed to be one of the most serious and labor intensive, we are people who engage customers and colleagues with our “friendly professionalism”, as we enjoy our work and bring the topic Talent Management to life.

We are a management consultancy and wear suits when we meet clients. Yet we are still unique/ normal.

Our name is pronounced prəʊ ˈmer.ɪt - It took our own PR consultant two years to stop saying Prommmmerit! ;-)
