That is why the active search for certain functions plays an important role in acquiring candidates. „Executive Search@Promerit” means that the customer can expect a premium service from Promerit and that Promerit will take over the whole process.

The difference to other consulting concepts is that we take a little more time in the preparation for the search. We want to understand the customer’s situation exactly and to address all of the “highlights” for the position in order to be well prepared for the first contact with the potential candidate. The candidate should have a positive impression from the beginning and receive professional support. Specialists and Top Talent are quickly snared up, that is why the experienced consultants from Promerit contact them directly. Whether covertly or openly, we can find the right candidates.

As an alternative, we can offer our Search Support. The partial outsourcing of the process can be helpful for businesses which continually search for a particular target group or because of strategic planning need to acquire a large number of employees with the same level of qualifications. Our Search Support allows us to support businesses with the transfer of knowledge or with capacity constraints in recruiting. Search Support can denote the concept and positioning within the customer’s defined target group and identify or address candidates.

Executive Search

  • Our prices and payment plans are fair. We don’t orientate our calculation on the income of the successfully employed candidate, but rather on we calculate the fees on the difficulty of the search.

 

Search Support

  • Search Support offers multiple, large volume and continual searches in selected target groups.
  • Module 1 - Target group positioning: conception and support at positioning within the company, as well as the duties and responsibilities within the target groups (selling story and external perception).
    • Reports on positive experiences with a candidate before the application process.
    • Transfer of know how – “Where do I find the target group and which channels should I use?”
  • Module 2 - Identification and skilled approach toward the candidates within the defined target group.
    • Construction of a candidate pipeline as well and conducting negotiations and interviews.
    • Optional upgrade: Coaching and training to help set up individual activities within this sector.
  • A fair and comprehensible pricing system: we calculate based on the complexity with a CAP – based on the amount of support needed and where applicable a kick-back fee after placement (approx. 5%).
  • Along with a transparent consulting approach within the project, we are able to extend the provision of services, should the customer require it.
